Refund and Returns Policy

We’re sorry that you did not love you’re The Design World Product.

But due to current issues related to the COVID19 pandemic, we will NOT be accepting any returns till further notification. We appreciate your continued support and suggestions at all times.

Under normal circumstances, if you wish to return an item, please ship the package to the following address with in 10days from the delivery date:

For Refund : After we received your return item. Then we will refund your amount with in 7 business days

Most of our products are NOT eligible for return in order to maintain fairness to our rural artisans, there will be a slight difference in the product when you see it on our catalogues. Colour may vary from actual as its pure hand-painted. Kindly appreciate the artisan’s work and their time spent on making the said item.
Still, if you feel that you are not satisfied with our services or products, please do write to us with your comments and pictures if any within 2 days from the date of delivery. We will solve your issues to be the best.
